I use science based education to help understand your macronutrients and untangle the confusion of social media diet claims.

This would be best if:

You’re overwhelmed or confused with all of the conflicting and misleading nutrition information available.

You’re seeking further ways to enhance training performance.

You feel that you need to either stabilise or change your nutrition habits to improve well-being, general health, or activity performance.

Here’s what we’ll do.

Lifestyle discovery will provide the basis for an effective nutrition plan unique to the individual.

Life is full of challenges as they relate to nutrition and success requires discipline. By disconnecting the pressures and influences from everyday life where good nutrition decisions and habits are more difficult to make, I will aim to shift your mindset to food and nutrition, allowing you to empower yourself to overcome these challenges.

You’ll be better prepared to manage healthy habits through weekends, holidays, special events, and season changes.

Learn strategies to help you feel confident making nutrition choices that will support your health and fitness goals. This is largely done by giving you a 7 day nutrition plan, rather than a daily one, to give you the flexibility to enjoy things when you need to.

Providing:

  • Guided grocery store shopping tips.

  • Assist in meal planning.

  • Support food and/ or macro tracking.

  • Knowledge and resources of protein and fibre rich foods.

  • Recipes for nutrient-dense meals. These will be as complex or simple as you like them to be.

Delivered in person, online, and through programming.
