My movement based sessions use elements of yoga and pilates and are focussed on balance, breathwork, and core engagement. You’ll benefit from an increased range of movement, flexibility, stability, and realignment.
This would be best if:
You’re looking to improve everyday activities and general wellness.
You’re pre or post surgery and wanting to support specific goals in sport or lifestyle activities.
Here’s what we’ll do.
Body weight, floor exercises, and isocentric movement will engage small muscle groups for stability.
Use of resistance bands, blocks, bolsters to target specific areas of the body.
Delivered in person.
