As a BC boxing accredited coach and a long-time participant in the sport, I can tailor any boxing activity to a goal.

Want to work out and have fun? Are you seeking to progress in the sport and need to focus on technique? Boxing is a great way to get fit, strong, and have fun doing it.

This would be best if:

You’re seeking high-intensity workouts that require focus.

You struggle to find motivation in other movement or workout activities.

You want to learn how to box, or you want to level up your technique and conditioning.

Here’s what we’ll do.

  • Technical, drill based workouts aiming to increase strength, fitness, and improve boxing related movement patterns.

  • Mitt (pad) work and heavy bag sessions available

  • Gloves and wraps provided if required

  • Delivered in person.
