I’m a fitness and nutrition coach who lives the balanced lifestyle I teach, helping clients achieve and sustain their goals.

My key services include nutrition consulting, strength training and conditioning, and mobility and rehabilitation. You might have specific health, fitness, sports performance, or injury rehabilitation and recovery goals. All of which are perfect reasons to reach out and see how we can work together.

Personal training is delivered in person with nutrition consulting primarily online.

Health and fitness services

My services can be used individually or as a package. I will incorporate your lifestyle with your goals and customize programs to fit your individual needs.

Nutrition consulting

  • I provide practical, science based information to help you with your health journey, so you can feel confident with making nutrition choices that will support your health and fitness goals. Meal planning, shopping lists and regular checkins will reinforce the learning. Ultimately, I want you to be able to take a flexible approach to nutrition and maintain healthy habits through weekends, holidays and season changes. Helping you shift your mindset to empower yourself and stay accountable is the key to my coaching.

  • You’re overwhelmed or confused with all of the conflicting and misleading nutrition information available.

    You’re seeking further ways to enhance training performance.

    You want to improve well-being, general health, or activity performance.

Personal training

  • Whether you are looking at becoming stronger and more fit in your day to day life or you want to perform your best at your sport, I will customize a program for you based on your goals. There are options for in person and online coaching. Additionally, you can add on customized programming for your personal days at the gym, or when you want something convenient when working from home or on holiday to stay active and consistent.

  • You want to improve form or technique on specific skills and areas of weakness.

    You are seeking optimal sports improvement.

    You want to build muscle, lose weight, increase strength and energy.

    You want to improve everyday activities and general wellness.

Mobility and rehabilitation

  • With Mobility and Recovery, help you focus on stretching and stabilizing the areas of the body that have the most stress through our movement patterns. For injury Rehabilitation, I help you get back to your regular activities by focusing on stabilizing and strengthening the muscles around your injury first, then slowly building back mobility and strength. I am happy to work alongside your physiotherapist/health practitioner to get you back to your regular routines.

  • Pre or post surgery and supporting specific goals in sport or lifestyle activities.

    You have general weakness, inflexibility, and pain. You might need to focus on these areas to prevent further injuries.

Skills, experience, and certifications

  • BCRPA strength and conditioning certificate

  • BC Boxing Level 1

  • Boxing for fitness with infofit BCRPA

  • Precision nutrition accredited coach

  • Pilates Mat certification with pre and post-natal editions

  • Certified equipment Pilates teacher training

  • Certified 200 hour Yoga teacher 

Pricing

All programs and sessions will be tailored to you first before undertaking. I do not run any ‘drop in’ session services for unknown clients.

One-on-one sessions

$95 (45 min) / $120 (1hr)

One-on-one sessions can be undertaken at my regular space (Kitsilano). Travel to your own gym/ home available on request.

Group sessions (2-6 people)

$- Available on request

Part of your plan may include group sessions with other individuals who are at a similar comfort / skill / fitness level.

Online training and consulting

$- Available on request

All services are available to be delivered online through email, live zoom calls, and over the phone.
